App doesn’t work
They're not bad. However I do have some criticisms seeing how much your paying for the product. After 1 months use:For the price I'd expect a bit more. *The app isn't very good. It will occasionally glitch.*You do have to establish a wifi through the glasses which can take a while to download longer videos.*The glasses are narrow. Not fit for a man with stronger facial features. They didn't fit my semi box head and thicker nose bridge*would like replacement lenses colors. This one came with a mirror blue and black lenses.*Sound quality isn't that great.*The most important reason I bought them was to make online content for my social media. They unfortunately failed the test. I was recording welding. All the camera was able to pick up was a bright light and not what I was seeing actually welding behind the hood.*Also wish battery life was a bit better.
This is my first video sunglasses that were able to have Wi-Fi, the images are clear the videos are solid customer service through email were very thorough helped me through a couple of questions.
These OhO sunshine FHD camera glasses come in a hard case inside a very soft, drawstring bag. In addition, there is a lens wipe cloth and a USB lead for charging. The glasses themselves have a soft-feel surface and the lenses are neutral density polarising filters. The distance between the body of the arms is 13cm, between the tips of the arms is 10cm and the arm length is around 14cm. The camera lens and sensor is mounted right between your eyes on the nose bridge, making them mirror symmetrical. The electronics and connectivity is all in the right arm of the glasses. On the bottom is a push button that you use for controlling it - press it to turn the glasses on and then short press it to take still photographs with the same resolution as the video - 1920x1080 pixels. In addition to the push button, there is a rubber flap that, when you pull it open, reveals a USB C socket through which you charge the glasses and also transfer data. On a UNIX-based system, the memory capacity of the glasses appears as 29.7GiB which would be expressed as 32GB on some systems. The memory is not in the form of a separate TF card that you can take out because, even though they are so small, they are still too big for this application. In the file system, the DCIM directory has within it two directories tabelled 'MOVIE' and 'PHOTO' which are self-explanatory. The video files are .mov files divided into lengths of 10 minutes, each occupying around 937MB. The photographs are jpeg files with a size of roughly 139kB to 306kB, depending upon how compressible the data within the image is.The image quality of the video files seems to be fairly good and superficially, the still images are as well. However, on closer examination, there is a fair amount of edge enhancement although the image does appear to be genuinely 1920x1080 pixels with no evidence at all of upscaling.
