Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the product’s fulfillment location.

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee shipping times due to potential carrier or customs delays beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple reliable shipping options through Zendrop’s logistics network, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and ePacket (when available). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking Information
Each order includes a tracking number that will be provided via email once your package ships. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
Please allow 1–3 business days after shipping for the tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
We will work with Zendrop and our suppliers to replace or refund your order as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
